We strive to design and manufacture products that measure well. However, there are a few but unavoidable subjective decisions that we make when selecting components that make acoustic reproduction more natural. The Vacuum tube is one such choice. While we are happy with some of the modern op-amps and use them extensively in our integrated products, the tubes still are a slightly better choice for overall tonal quality.
Thiyaga Tube preamp packs some of the most modern electronic components, circuit design and components, but complimented well by the sonic magic of Vacuum tubes. The preamp comes with the choice of balanced inputs and outputs. The knob on the front helps to select input and control volume and we can perform both these actions using the included remote as well.
